By accessing or using Ourfit's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

Ourfit provides a platform that connects dress hire businesses (lenders) with customers (renters). We facilitate bookings, payments, and communication but are not a party to the rental agreements between lenders and renters.

User Accounts

To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us of any unauthorised use

For Lenders

If you list items on Ourfit, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate descriptions and photos of your items
  • Honour bookings accepted through the platform
  • Maintain items in the condition described
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Handle shipping and returns as agreed with renters

For Renters

If you rent items through Ourfit, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your rental
  • Return items in the same condition received
  • Return items by the agreed return date
  • Report any damage or issues promptly

Fees and Payments

Ourfit charges a commission on successful rentals. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By using our platform, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Limitation of Liability

Ourfit is a platform that facilitates connections between lenders and renters. We are not responsible for:

  • The quality or condition of rented items
  • Disputes between lenders and renters
  • Damage to or loss of items
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email.
